EPV Alueverkko’s new business premises in Alakylä, Seinäjoki, were completed in the summer of 2022.
In addition to offices, the new premises include space for meeting facilities and a future control room. The warehouse area is mainly used to store substation back-up equipment and emergency cables. The property will also have a reserve-power generator for internal consumption, to meet the company’s requirements 24/7.
“The new premises were built on land owned by EPV Alueverkko in Alakylä, Seinäjoki. They are located on the same site as the previous EPV Alueverkko premises, which are being decommissioned and are set to be demolished. The new building has about 650 m2 of office space and 450 m2 of industrial hall space. We have also reserved space for expansion, should there ever be a need for it,” says Jukka Rajala, Director of the EPV Alueverkko business area.
